Utility Bill extension for Furloughed Employees

The City of Alamo Heights understands the hardship that some might be experiencing during the federal government shutdown.

The City of Alamo Heights will waive late fees and service interruptions and will provide a 30-day extension on water, sewer and solid waste bills for customers who are furloughed employees experiencing financial hardship.

To receive this relief on your utility bill, eligible customers need to bring your photo identification and furlough paperwork to City of Alamo Heights City Hall at 6116 Broadway or contact utility staff at 210-882-1507 on or before Friday, February 1.
