VACANCIES & TERM
The Mayor and Councilmembers Place 1, and 2 are elected in a general election in May in odd calendar years. Candidates serve a two-year term on the Alamo Heights City Council. Election day is Saturday, May 4, 2019.
FILING PERIOD & FEE
The candidate filing period is Wednesday, January 16, 2019 through Friday, February 15, 2019. Applications will be submitted to the City Secretary no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 15th along with a $100 filing fee. Candidate packets are available at City Hall, 6116 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209.
