National Night Out

An annual event proven to be an effective and enjoyable program to promote neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships in our fight for safer neighborhoods. Along with the traditional display of outdoor lights and front porch vigils, citizens participate in variety of events and activities such as block parties, cookouts, and visits from police officers and firefighters.

On October 2009 the City held the 1st Annual National Night Out Event at City Hall. Residents and their families visited the City facilities and participated in many fun activities. Staff was on-hand to answer any questions and demonstrated some of the equipment utilized by Public Safety personnel. Hope to see you all there at the 2nd Annual Event to be held on October 5, 2010.
