Garage Sales and Estate Sales

A permit is required and must be clearly displayed. Permits must be obtained by 12:00 noon two days prior to the start of the garage sale or estate sale in order for the City to install temporary No Parking signs, if needed, on the street(s). Garage sales and estate sales must be held between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Garage sales and estate sales are not permitted on Sundays.
