Chapter 5 Building and Building Regulations of the City of Alamo Heights Code of Ordinances adopted the following codes that govern both residential and commercial construction. The purpose of these codes is to establish the minimum standards for which all building/trade permit applications and construction documents are reviewed and issued, and for which compliance is verified through field inspection.
